In addition to the two main productions of the BTB, the Nutcracker and the BTB Gala, we are committed to giving the children new opportunities to participate in workshops and performances.
The BTB also organises an annual open day to give the public the opportunity to experience the everyday teaching life of the ballet school.

Pre-Christmas event

Every year there is a pre-Christmas performance for our young dancers of the Ballet School Theatertanz Basel, where they can present their skills in Basel. Here, parents have the opportunity to see the newly acquired knowledge live.

Summer Gala

During the summer gala, our young dancers will interpret

their own repertoire and present us with the latest steps,

technique and interpretations that they got to know over the past year.

BTB Discovery Days

This year we would like to invite you from 14.10. – 18.10.2024 to get a glimpse into the life and work of the Ballet School Theatertanz Basel. We open our doors for you and look forward to your visit! Discover our life together, the lessons and the enthusiasm of the children while dancing!
